I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, very close to the railway station. The rooms were spacious and had all modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and overall service.

Bathrooms and shower area need some improvement.

The hotel has a great location, being in the midst of the city center, near the railway station and easily accessible from the airport. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with sufficient basic amenities. the service is courteous and prompt, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets have enough variety and a la carte options are also available. the hotel's restaurant has good food, with attentive staff.

Some rooms can be noisy due to poor acoustic insulation from adjacent rooms.

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of North and South Indian dishes, including freshly made dosas. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help us with any requests we had. The hotel is conveniently located near many local food vendors, making it easy to taste some of the local delicacies. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel only served vegetarian food, limiting our options for breakfast. Additionally, the sleep quality in the rooms was subpar, and we found ourselves waking up multiple times during the night due to discomfort. Finally, the water in the showers did not drain properly, leaving a pool of water at our feet during our showers.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was very close to the railway station and in the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff and the manager. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the modern amenities you would expect.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel during our recent city trip. the breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a wide range of options, from savoury to sweet dishes. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel at home. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city. It was also nice to see that the hotel had a well-equipped gym, which we appreciated.

Unpleasant odour in the bathroom Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant odour, which detracted from our overall experience. Although the room was clean and tidy, the shower area needs improvement as the water had an unusual smell.
